Small beats perfect
One honest line a day does more than a beautiful journal you never open. Everything in Graceup is built to take seconds, not minutes.
Graceup is a gratitude journal for people who do not have time to journal. One good thing a day, written in 30 seconds and kept for the days you need it.
Most days are not great and they are not terrible. They are ordinary, and the good parts slip by: the coffee that was just right, a message from a friend, the walk home in good light. A week later they are gone.
Writing them down is one of the simplest habits with real research behind it. The hard part is doing it. Notebooks end up in drawers. Journaling apps ask for long entries and feel like homework.
Graceup started in 2026 as a tiny app called Little Gratitude, with one question a day and nothing else. Over time it grew into what it is now: a daily question, a streak, a monthly jar of happy moments, affirmations and small groups for the people you love. The core idea has not changed. It still takes 30 seconds.
One honest line a day does more than a beautiful journal you never open. Everything in Graceup is built to take seconds, not minutes.
Your journal stays on your phone and in your own iCloud or Google Drive. There is no email login and nothing is shared unless you choose to share it.
Good moments grow when you share them. Groups let the people you love see what made you smile, without the noise of a social network.
